Maxi Skirt

The best option for a hot summer day in the office (and out) is a maxi skirt. I have not been very optimistic about having one for some years as I am rather short but it does not look that bad after all.

There are two maxi skirts in my wardrobe now (and I think i wouldn't mind to increase that number): jersey black & white striped by Gap (ultimately comfy) and Zara blush colored one (by accident the shade is an exact match to my LV Infinit Cuff). Yesterday I spent a long day in this outfit and I can not wait to wear this skirt again!

Also got my perfect black heeled sandals at last! Not too visible in the picture but more to come. They are Michael Kors and very light and comfortable.

Black on White

New summer winds bring lighter clothes. Recently i have felt like wearing white a lot. Today I am wearing my new Banana Republic skirt and Gap shirt (ordered online). Skirt is very comfortable made of stretch jersey and shirt pure cotton. Nude Michael Kors pumps complete the look. I do not want to wear dark colors!

One more detail of my outfit: YSL Arty ring (another Arty to my jewelry collection) purchased from Vestiaire Collective.

GROTESK, NEW COFFEE TABLE BOOKS AND SOME SHOES

Last week was as always quite much about work. Some inspiration to my working day i find from the shoe shelf.

On Friday we went for a dinner at Grotesk. Very good service and really beautifully set dishes.

On sunday i ran a 10 km without practice and i was quite happy with my result considering a recent knee surgery. 65 min.

And finally i received my Tom Ford and Lanvin coffee books. Love them.

D'Orsay Pumps & Chanel in May

Beautiful Croatian paradise for one week is already behind and lots of work again.
It was funny, only in the airport I realized I was travelling outside of EU when I got a good discount on Tax Free products. I got several items by Chanel (two nail polishes, a lipstick (Magnolia shade) and a foaming cleanser for face). One of the nail polishes in beautiful pink shade is called "May" and it will now have a sentimental value to me reminding of Croatia in May.

Recently i have also gotten obsessed with d'Orsay pumps and i got double lucky when i was able to find a pair in red and a pair in black/snake grey with a hint of pink neon (Sam Edelman). I think this model of a shoe is very feminine and goes with any clothes from dress to jeans.

On the red pump picture there is a sneak peak into my new Zara nude long skirt. I feel very princess like in it even a boring office.

Clic Clac and Camelia Shoes

I think it's spring here at last. Today I finally got a long waited package with my Hermes clic clac. It is just the right size and I love it for the white and gold combination as well. Today I also was wearing my trench coat for the first time this year.  I made some outfit collages inspired by my new Clic Clac.

Mel shoes arrived just in time for the Croatia trip and I am very happy with my purchase.
