Just a Summer Weekend

It's been a great summer weekend spent outside. My retro Ray Bans were rigged out of the closet, a lot of fresh berries and vegetables consumed and sun, sun, sun there all the way.

Just a weekend outfit in red, white and gold. I think this Nanso dress has a strong DVF vibe in it. Sunny day ahead in an amusement park!

Perfect Black Pants Bargain

Perfect black pants search is over at last! And it was solved with a two minute visit to Lindex! I was literally passing through until I found this pair at 70% discount. I immediately combined it with a white T, nude pumps and red shoulder Coccinelle bag. Happy, happy...

A Few Hour Date

Just a prompt date night without kids. We went out for a dinner in Koren House and a stroll through the city. The food was great and city so peaceful in July...

Borrow From the Boys

I learnt to borrow from the boys. Today my outfit was a plaid shirt ( i need to get another one in blue tones) and a simple pencil skirt In warm tones. I felt comfy and elegant at the same time. The trick is to go for a feminine jewelry and heels, of course. My new shopbop wide bracelet and nude pumps served the purpose.

Yesterday I tried on another outfit with bf jeans but today went for the above one. I like how loose jeans turn ladylike with classic pumps.

More wardrobe news coming when I manage to capture the outfits with my new Zalando order items. There is a dress, a skirt and new sunglasses. And I have more on my list from the same shop. To be continued...(also with the borrow from the boys topic, I have my eyes on my husbands watch)

Office outfit 09072013 and PURPLE

My passion for purple is no news for anyone who knows me and this week seems to be quite purple outfit wise. Yesterday I wore a plissé skirt in lilac and tomorrow outfit is ready to avoi the morning hassle and is even more purple.

After the busy week it is nice to go for an evening visit to a beach. Especially with a new friend of mine - which seems to be a space miracle - LV Neverfull MM Monogram. My lace dress is Promod and gold sandals Dune.

Nanso Again

Seems I can't get enough of Nanso dresses. The destiny of this one is still unclear to me - to keep or not to keep. But I love the collar and sleeve details and the waist emphasized with the black and the pockets. Is it a keeper?

Just a quick post on my YSL favorite accessories: belle de jour clutch and Arty ring. This is a shot from Berlin during a trip on a double decker.

New Beginning

I had to do this once in 2005 for the health reasons and now The goal is the same: healthier diet and 5-7 kg off.

My new rules are:

- drink a lot of water

- walk whenever possible (no more car trips to work)

- no sweets

- no processed food

-train twice a week (cardio, no muscle building)

Easy, right? But not that easy. I always forget to drink and I don't move enough. Today I weigh 61 kg. here we go.

Homies T

I went along with a trend and bought two Reason'a t-shirts: Homies and Ain't Laurent without Yves. Perfect for a weekend wardrobe, wearing one of them today in the countryside of Kirkkonummi. 

Another Jersey Nanso

When I found that perfect Nanso dress I decided to look for another one in neutral tones an I found one! Wearing it today to the office and enjoying how easy to wear and comfy it is! My belt is Massimo Dutti and sandals Michael Kors. 

Nude & Gold

LSuccessfully survived after the Berlin trip for the first day in the office I decided to go for all my sales finds: French Connection skirt, nude silk blouse by Massimo Dutti and & other stories golden heeled sandals which also proved to be very comfortable. 

I also received my net-a-porter purchases today, more on them tomorrow. The ribbon that came with the shoe box was so pretty that I decided to wrap the flower vase with it.

Yes, and I decided to cut my hair to a bob again.

Nanso Jersey Dress

Still chasing the perfect DVF wrap dress I came across this wonderful jersey one by  Nanso. This is my second Nanso dress and I can really swear by the quality. I will wear mine with gold tone accessories (Cos necklace pictures below) an golden sandals or nude pumps to office. I am very happy with my sale find (at 40% off). 

New Coral Accessories in Action

Today I am wearing new DVF clutch and Bloch ballerinas with a basic collar shirt and jeans ensemble. Short trench coat is a cover up in case of rain.

Matches Sales

Completely by chance I learnt about the Matches online store only a week ago.  There I immediately spotted The DVF clutch I had fallen in love earlier, on discount. By accident there were bright coral Bloch ballerinas also on sale. I had not planned a matchy accessory look anyhow but they do look great together combined with some basic clothes like jeans and t- shirts. 

Beautiful packaging by Matches in their marble box and bloch's pretty ballerina packaging brought that something extra to the moment opening my purchases. 

Net-a-Porter Sale

It started today and it was crazy. Web page was totally stuck. But I managed to grab my deal, perfect black patent heels. Later when the page was downloading for other items I noticed a lovely Zoe Karssen t-shirt as well but one order is already made. I am expecting my perfect go-everywhere heels to arrive.

Zara Necklace

Last weekend I made a very glamorous purchase in Zara. It's a very festive and grand necklace. I have seen similar on many fashionable ladies and this is the one that has that vintage vibe and is really well made. Keep it or not?

Wide Gold Tone Bracelet

Bracelets are a great accessory really. Without being too close to face like necklaces they still make a great statement. I have a lot of pretty thing bracelets and only one wide cuff by LV. I wanted to have a simple gold one as well   To sharpen a basic knit & jeans combo, for  example, and to take my office outfit to dinner date. I found a perfect one from Shopbop's own label Bop Bijoux on. 60% discount. 

DVF Wrap Dress

When you figure some piece of clothing simply works for you: your body shape, your lifestyle - that's a very important moment as planning your wardrobe becomes a lot easier. For some years I have known that a wrap jersey dress is my thing. I can wear it to work, for a brunch date or for a kid party. Or for a date night and take it with me on a holiday. My one and only wrap dress is by Next and it's a purple black and white print on a cotton jersey. I would like to extend my wrap dress wardrobe and the brand to go is certainly DVF. 

After missing a great deal at Mytheresa I have found some at Matches.

Just a quick post of my today's outfit which I feel very good in. The shoes are my new favorite and they were a spontaneous gift from a dear friend.
