Marimekko ♥ Converse

Today before Laura's Russian lesson we dropped by at Marimekko Outlet (Factory) which was in the neighbourhood and got some spring accessories to manage the raising temperature (at last) in Helsinki.

Converse...I tried to like the white ones, the green ones I almost did, yellow impossible to find, so is purple...How about print?

I fell in love with these at once (before today I visited the same outlet about 3 weeks ago and couldn't forget the shoes). Marimekko and Converse cooperation result is quite brilliant. They have gotten many different prints, of which the purple one was for me, of course.

We also got some colorful, light and so pleasant to wear cotton jersey pieces which we will use as scarves. Black and white stripe is going to be my all time favorite, I am sure. The purple fabric fits my Converses and the lime/pink one is for Laura (she got a small penny wallet of same fabric). I might make snoods out of them as well, need to think...

So, girls are more than happy now. Prices were nice to us as well.

And what do you think: are Converse for teens / mums who forgot they are women? would you wear Converse?
