New Beginning

I had to do this once in 2005 for the health reasons and now The goal is the same: healthier diet and 5-7 kg off.

My new rules are:

- drink a lot of water
- walk whenever possible (no more car trips to work)
- no sweets
- no processed food
-train twice a week (cardio, no muscle building)

Easy, right? But not that easy. I always forget to drink and I don't move enough. Today I weigh 61 kg. here we go.
