This was a great Women's Day. Admiring the spring sun outside we took off for Marni shopping at H&M and met the girls at Jugend cafe for lunch.
My Marni shopping was very rational. I bought precisely what I planned to, except the dresses. I rotated in the shop for about an hour waiting for pieces to come back from other hungry shoppers' hands. I came to the shop around 10 and none of the dresses of the line were left anymore. Very few bracelets (one of the things I really planned to buy) and luckily the cardigan with the ball print and the matching top were there and not even too wanted for some reason (I checked the webstore and they are sold out there though). I love the combination of the fabrics and prints in the cardigan (silk and cotton knit) and the top has a lovely detail on the back - a black bow. It would be perfect for summer and under a suit jacket too. The print is very flattering - beige, brown and purple (magnet for me). A little bit afraid whole world will wear those things but I love them. My first designer cooperation items by H&M.
And this zigzag pillow is a newbie in our living room. I think it made good friends with the old ones. :)
Lucky you! I didn't manage to get what I wanted: a dress made of the same fabric as your top and cardigan. All sold out, and so was everything else! (I only tried on internet)
ReplyDeleteMari, I wanted the dress originally as well. But then I thought it was good I didn't get it. dress is a dress and in summer everybody will wear them. And you can point out where it is from. But did you this very same cardigan as well?
ReplyDeleteI love your pillows!!!
