I Wish: La Hormiga Jewellery

I have discovered an interesting jewellery (bijoux) brand, it is Milanese and it makes all sorts of juicy things to cheer up anyone.

Here is there store: http://www.lahormiga.net/
But there products are also for sale at www.yoox.com

Sugar pink in Winter

Another winter day with light snow is here.

We got inspired by the frosted nature and light colours and today's outfit is a perfect collection of my sugar pink accessories. I love light pink with light grey combination since teenage years. It is very feminine and somewhat positive.

Light pink watch - Guess
Bow plastic ring - Accessorize
Rose quartz swallow necklace - Accessorize
Silver bracelet - Tous
Grey lightweight angora knit - Gina Tricot

And for the winter evenings we stocked on another portion of organic teas from Life store.

NICE WEEKEND TO EVERYONE!

The Outnet Seductions: cloudy and guilty :)

This time I failed to resist the attraction of The Outnet offers.

It is time for Sonia Rykiel sales. Clothes with the sense of humour by "the Queen of Stripes". Seems so, they are also very popular, as during my super rapid shopping adventure some pieces I put into the cart were sold out! And of course size S goes first. I managed to get something though.

A cloud print tee in cotton jersey at 55% off. Doesn't it remind you of Japanese prints? I will wear it with black skinny jeans or white skirt in summer.

To follow the cloud theme (strange, my recently bought Thomas Sabo charm is also a cloud...), here comes another daily basic in cotton jersey, also vaguely Japanese, in my opinion.

I also spotted an interesting ring by Kevia at 55% off. It consists of 3 stacking snake shaped rings. I love the matte finish of them.

That was luckily ALL and I m looking forward to taking outfit pictures with these items.

at Strindberg with Teo

Today we met our Parisian friends - Alexandra and Teodor. On the way we saw a minor flood in Töölö Bay. Those birch trees looked so innocent and colours were very pretty - very light turqoise, grey and beige grass.

It may sound a bit freaky but later when I was waiting for Alexandra by Stockmann i saw a woman wearing similar colours as in these nature photos. She had beige shearling jacket, boots and Missoni scarf with shades of beige and turqoise. I liked the combination a lot. Winter does not mean black and grey, right?

Our lunching in Strindberg was good: i had a quiche with salad and a carrot-mango-orange smoothie (perfectly guilt free).

And Teodor himself, I think this boy is going to twist this world around his finger:

It was strange to find out that at Strindberg it is restricted to take interior pictures. It is a pity as cafe is nice old style. Still can not figure out the reason...

At home we tried to make a replica of Kamppi's Johto Cafe's plum and walnut pie. This is the outcome but it is not nearly as juicy as there.

Mr Postman...

...brought me my "Petal to the Metal" today!

I love the soft leather, 2 practical pockets and certainly the birdie. It has already been for a walk with us. We went to pick pink neon flower bouquet and a long desired discounted purple Guest Book by Ordning & Reda, a Swedish company, as old as myself. :) They have all sorts of practical storage solution things.

From now on all our home visitors have to leave an autograph, or a story, or smth...I think it is very cozy, isn't it? The book is beautifully made with silver paper edges.

And, new year promises put to work, today I visited a brand new SATS Leppävaara fitness center. This weekend I go there for a trial dance class called Sh'bam (disco dance). I really really hope to reach my perfect 55. :) Facilities look amazing at least.

Neon

Neon is the trend for spring and I did get hooked on some items. This time in jewelry by Marc Jacobs.

Here are my favourite pieces.

I Wish: Hermes Kelly Watch

From time to time I will post some wishlist items in "I Wish" posts.
One of them is definately a Hermes Kelly Watch. Classy and feminine. And Hermes will open an online store with delivery to Finland this year. The watch is a bit outside my current budget....

But exhausting browsing is often rewarding, I found a similar one by Emporio Armani at 10 times lower budget.
